At The Polish Kit we want your order to arrive safely and as quickly as possible. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.


1. Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.


2. Shipping Times Shipping times vary depending on your location and the supplier fulfilling your order. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

US Express (US Warehouse) 2–3 business days
International Standard 10–20 business days
International Express 5–10 business days

Please note these are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.


3. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $30.


4. Where We Ship We currently ship to the United States and select international destinations. If your country is not available at checkout please contact us at ordersthepolishkit@outlook.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.


5. Tracking Your Order Once your order has shipped you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order directly through the carrier's website. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.


6. Multiple Shipments Some orders may ship from multiple warehouses and arrive in separate packages. If this applies to your order you will receive individual tracking numbers for each package. Please don't be alarmed if your items arrive on different days!


7. Customs & Import Duties For international orders The Polish Kit is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may be applied by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.


8. Lost or Stolen Packages The Polish Kit is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package please first check with neighbors and your local post office. If you still cannot locate your package contact us at thepolishkitsupport@outlook.com and we will do our best to help resolve the situation.


9. Incorrect Address Please double check your shipping address before completing your order. The Polish Kit is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your address please contact us immediately at thepolishkitsupport@outlook.com and we will do our best to correct it before your order ships.


10. Damaged in Transit If your order arrives damaged please contact us within 7 days of delivery at thepolishkitsupport@outlook.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will work quickly to send a replacement or issue a refund depending on the situation.
