Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to love every single item in your kit. If something isn't right, we're here to make it better.
Our Return Window: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your order arrived, unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: We know how frustrating it is to receive something that isn't quite right. If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, here's what to do:
Simply contact us at thepolishkitsupport@outlook.com within 30 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo or video showing the damage or incorrect item
- A brief description of the issue
Once we review your request we'll get back to you within 3 business days with a resolution. Approved returns for damaged or incorrect items will include a free return shipping label on us.
Remorse Returns: Changed your mind? No hard feelings! We accept remorse returns within 30 days of delivery as long as items are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer for remorse returns.
To start a remorse return, contact us at thepolishkitsupport@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return and we'll walk you through the next steps.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items: The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used nail accessories
- Items purchased on sale or with a discount code
- Gift cards
